Omen Pinot Noir 2016

Oregon, United StatesOmen seems an appropriate name for this monster pinot, big on colour, fruit, oak and spice. The fruit comes out of the Rogue Valley, giving the wine a rich, round mouthfeel that carries through the finish. It's not quite over the top but it's not exactly pinot-like. The Applegate Valley (within the Rogue Valley) is characterized by many micro-climates and high soil diversity.
