Champagne, FranceGardet has been an active negociant in Champagne since 1895, and this is their new vintage release. It's 2/3 pinot noir, and 1/3 chardonnay, with almost four years on the lees and with an extra brut dosage of 4g/l. Bright, tight brioche, light pear, yellow and red apple, with crunchy Asian pear acidity and fine apple / ginger spices and men's musk.
