Champagne Castelnau Réserve NV
Champagne, FranceThis reserve from Castelnau spent six years on the lees, and is a blend of 40 chardonnay and 20 percent each pinot meunier and pinot noir. This has twenty percent reserve wines and a dosage of eight grams / litre. This is produced by the cooperative CRVC, and is a very good example. Dough, cream, red apple, over a doughy bed of lees.
