Unsworth Vineyards Charme De L'ile Rosé NV

Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaCharme De L'ile is an unofficial appellation of style, native to the Wine Islands. It's a charmat-method sparkling wine, of island-grown grapes, meant to typify our brisk coastal climate. This NV rosé is from Cowichan pinot noir, reflective in the blush hue of this easy bubble. Rhubarb, red currants, raspberries, tomato leaf, romano cheese fill the short, fizzy palate, to a snappy, dry finish. A bit disjointed, and best taken quite chilled, with some veg or salmon dishes to mitigate.Tasted: 16 November 2020Tasted by: Prices:
