EnglandNyetimber is one of England's most lauded and recognized fizz producers, and one that believes in traceability. A code on the back of the bottle allows you to trace this rosé at www.nyetimber.com/wineinfo. From West Sussex's greensand and chalk soils, this blends 60-75 percent pinot noir with 25-40 percent chardonnay, and a splash of pinot meunier. This contains up to 18 percent reserve wines, and spends an average of five years on the lees prior to release, with a dosage of 9 g/l.
