Bordeaux, FranceSometimes a wine just makes your day. One of the best surprises, no longer that common at my age, is when you come across a wine you have never seen before and it is delicious. This AOC Crémant de Bordeaux was just that. Crisp, citrus sémillon from Entre-Deux-Mers, with a mild 12 percent alcohol and generally stylish, elegant, delicious drinking demeanour.
