Kamloops, British Columbia, CanadaThe Silver Mane Block takes it up a notch in 2017. It’s less sweet, albeit still off-dry, but the mix of pears, peaches, apples and citrus taste more complex with a touch of earth and ginger in the finish. I like this with a curry bowl or spicy Thai noodles. Kamloops is stretching its legs.
