Five Vineyards by Mission Hill Cabernet Merlot 2015

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is not my favourite BC blend. The cabernet is always harder and drier then the merlot and even in a warm year like 2015, it remains the case. It’s the awkward angles you notice first, from the acidity to the dry tannins.
