Fitzpatrick Sudden Inversion Meritage 2016
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGrippy, gritty, bitter-edged black fruit is bound by coffee grinds, black pepper and toasted wood. There's a sandpaper note and feel that gobbles up the warm, ragged finish. Beef stew would be this wine's new bestie.
