Ex Nihilo Riesling 2017

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEx Nihilo sits near 50 degrees north in cool-climate Lake Country, British Columbia, and in 2017 the late hanging fruit was picked after a winter snowstorm and freezing temperatures. The normally lean style is much richer with yellow fruits and spätlese style residual sugar giving it an off-dry demeanour, but with enough acidity in the finish.
