Domaine Capelanel Amphut Sebastien Dauliac 2012
Cahors, Sud-Ouest, FranceThe warm 2015 growing season has had a positive impact on this rich, dense showy red. The nose is marked by black fruit aromas and pepper. The attack is juicy and plump, the tannins dense but refined giving it a firm structure through the finish. Impressive already and this will improve in the bottle over the next five years. We served with a whole roasted savoury chicken and it was a perfect match. Hey Mendoza, look out.Tasted: 09 October 2018Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $42.99 | 750ml | BCLS |
