This style is dry, crisp, and elegant, with creamy, juicy mineral, limey fruit flecked with green. The finish is chalky with a salty, minerality. Surprisingly bottled under screw cap, leaving it as fresh as a daisy. The perfect west coast seafood wine. Monopole is the oldest white wine brand in Spain.
