Trentino- Alto-Adige, ItalyThe Gaun is a 50/50 mix of cask fermented and stainless steel fermented fruit, all from the Gaun vineyards on the Magrè moraine. Look for ethereal yellow fruit and mineral notes. The texture is excellent, and the palate fresh with attractive apple, apricot, citrus fruit spiked with mandarin notes.
