Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe reserve is a more intense version of the regular pinotage but they remain similar in quality. The textures are richer; the tannins thicker, with smoky earthy notes. The attack is all ripe, soft, dark fruit and chocolate. You can drink this now with sweet and sour barbecue ribs.
