Summerhill Pyramid Winery Riesling Organic 2016
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis organic riesling comes from both the Summerhill Estate in Kelowna, as well as at the Manz Estate in Naramata. Grapes were whole cluster pressed, and fermented cold and native. A swing of unfermented sugar (11 g/l RS) counters the natural crisp acidity, leaving this off-dry and pleasant.
