Steller's Jay Mountain Jay Brut Méthode Classique 2015

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBC classic yet again, and deservedly, the 2015, now called Mountain Jay Brut, is a blend of chardonnay, pinot blanc and pinot noir. Bright, shining yellow apple, white florals, citrus, toasted almonds in a round, softer, easy, biscuity palate. The dosage makes it highly accessible, while the acidity keeps it food friendly. Spends a minimum two years on lees before bottling.Tasted: 31 July 2018Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
