Noble Ridge Reserve Pinot Noir 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis reserve pinot noir comes off the Noble Ridge home vineyard in Okanagan Falls planted to four clones. It was cold soaked for five days before a warmer ferment and 14 months in French oak (20 percent new). Highly perfumed, with whiffs of iris, violets and roses, this has a soft entry to a palate of ripe cherries, raspberries and plums, before a quick grip of fine, strident tannins that squeezes out the warming finish. This bigger wine is best partnered with lamb pie or kabobs, or leave it in the cellar for two or three years.Tasted: 27 July 2018Tasted by: Treve Ring & Anthony GismondiPrices:
