Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNarrative, wines that tell the story of the Okanagan, is made with purchased fruit, in this case from 32-year-old vines in Okanagan Falls. The entry is linear and tight with beautiful freshness reminiscent of mountain flower blossoms and fragrant ripe pears flecked with a savoury dust. The attack is bone dry, but the ripe fruit balances the palate, leaving a super fresh inviting white to take on a variety of seafood, particularly in spicy sauces. Less varietal, more quintessential Okanagan.Tasted: 08 November 2018Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is from high altitude 32 year old vines in Okanagan Falls, tight with acidity and fresh with green apple, melon, pear oil and white blossom perfume. Bone dry, this shows pinot blanc's streamlined side, through this fragrant, pretty filter. Stainless preserved all the freshness. A welcome 12 degrees alcohol makes this a natural pair for spicy Asian foods (Indian or Thai seasoned in particular). Beautiful fennel and lime oil on the finish, and shows a different lens for blanc in the Okanagan.Tasted: 04 July 2018Tasted by: Prices:
