Kitsch Dry Riesling 2016
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a single vineyard riesling, planted in 2013, whole cluster pressed with 10 percent going into neutral oak barrels for native fermentation and the remainder in stainless, where the wine remained for a couple of months on lees. Tight and lean, with herbal citrus, meadow grass, green apple, sour lemon, white peach, driving lime and pixellated stoney mineralogy.
