East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaI love the sharp focus and the stony, salty, citrus, mineral notes. Electric on the palate, this sparkler is built for to age with a foundation of rich acidity that defines the north Okanagan as the true Canadian cool-climate region. Already seven years in the bottle, you can feel the creamy textures and toasted lees note that permeate its refined mousse, yet it has an electricity that sets it apart from most of its peers. The fruit is all estate and certified organic. Freshly shucked oysters are the ticket with this real wine.Tasted: 31 July 2018Tasted by: Prices:
East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBrisk, bright and fresh, with broken stones, tight lemon, a fist of frisky energy framed by grippy sides, and kissed with orange and fennel on the finish. From their home estate, certified organic vineyard, this chardy spent 48 months on the lees, and was dosaged from the 1997 cuvee (1.5 g/l RS). This was disgorged in June 2018. Lovely energy here. #pyramidpower.Tasted: 31 July 2018Tasted by: Prices:
