Look for bright acidity, strong lemon verbena mixed with white pepper, wild grasses and lime rind. It has a self-cleaning palate mode that sets you up to just keep drinking the bottle sip after sip. Perfect with barbecued chicken but any vegetarian/vegan dish will shine with this sophisticated white. Tasting well now but this will age well through 2023.
