Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaLean and tight, with lemon, melon, green apple and grass on a thin, steely frame to a shorter, snappy finish. The grigio comes from three Stellenbosch vineyards around 200m altitude and from vines 5-34 years old. The wine spent two months on the lees in stainless, where it was blended with nine percent sauvignon blanc and two percent chenin.
