Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWow, so delicious, and a perfect wine to quaff all summer. The style is super ripe-Kabinett with refreshing stony mid-palate minerality, beautiful peach/pear fruit, with just a hint of crunch suggesting perfect acidity for the style. I’m thinking spicy pakoras, sweet and sour dishes, barbecue pork and much more.
