Nemea, Peloponnese, GreeceThis is a fun red wine that opens with a dash of bright red fruit aromas. The palate is soft and round with a savoury, plum fruit base flecked with dried herbs, sour cherry and a pinch of blackcurrant. The tannins are powdery and smooth with just a touch of dryness in the finish. Ready to drink and would be perfect with beef or lamb souvlaki.Tasted: 06 July 2018Tasted by: Prices:
Nemea, Peloponnese, GreeceOpening with a prickle of spritz, this agiorgitiko is bright sour cherry, plum and blackcurrant on an eager palate. The palate is silky, though tannins are powdery and dark cocoa dusted to a snappy, shorter finish. Sourced from deep clay soiled mountainous vineyards in Asprokambos and Psari, in Nemea, this was whole cluster fermented with two weeks on the skins, prior to six months in tank before bottling.Tasted: 10 April 2018Tasted by: Prices:
