Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaArrowleaf's first sparkling wine, Wildblume (German for wild flower) is a light, bright and delicate charmat method bubble of vidal. Pretty white and pink florals, pear blossom, melon, lifted peach is aloft with citrus acidity to a shining finish. Gently sweet (11.6 g/l RS), and plenty fresh (8.6 g/l TA) this is a beauty wine for brunching.
