Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, Central Coast, California, United StatesCabernet Sauvignon has been a long part of the Hope Family’s viticultural history and this wine is an ode to the many who influenced Austin. His father Chuck Hope, his uncle Paul and Napa Valley winemaker Chuck Wagner. It’s definitely Wagnerian at 15.3 percent alcohol but you don’t feel it.
