Its origin is Limoux, home to the first sparkling wines created at Saint-Hilaire Abbey in 1531. It is a place where freshness and tension abound, making it a perfect home for rosé. Bertrand likes to compare the delicacy, lightness, and tension in this wine to a prima ballerina, hence its moniker. The freshness sweeps down the Pyrenees infusing the red fruit flavours and brioche notes with a touch of electricity.
