Valle del Bio-Bio, ChileThe last time I tasted a Cono Sur Bio-Bio Rose it was under the Bicicleta label, and was vintage dated 2014. Light and fizzy, with raspberry, youthful cherry and easy breezy freshness, kissed with sweetness and finishing with a tart, snappy finish.
