Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainOlder macabeo, xarello and parellada vines make up this Cava, aged for a minimum of 24 months before disgorging in September 2017 (all of Agusti Torello's wines show the disgorgement date on the back). Dry with yellow fruits, desert pear, and crisp yellow apple, there's ample dusty stoniness on the nose that carries along to the spicy palate. A gingersnap and some dried crystalline orange closes this out.
