Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAmple smoke, steak spice, hickory dominate this full wine, one strangely watery on the mid-palate through to a very short finish. Ripe plum, blackberry, vanilla and milk chocolate, with giant peppery spicing on the bitter finish. The oak is evident, and overt; this was aged in French and American oak for one year.
