Champagne, FranceFrom the negoc house GH Martel & Co, this is a blend of 55/30/15 pinot noir / chardonnay / meunier. GH Martel dates back to 1869, and own numerous other Champagne brands. This cuvee is creamy and expansive with red apple, red pear fruit and lemon custard, but holds its form well with a girdle of acidity on the snappy, briefer finish. Dosage is 10 g/l.
