Vins de Pays des Côtes de Thongue, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceParadoxe Red is a syrah dominated blend that mixes 40/25/25/10 syrah, merlot, cabernet franc and grenache perhaps the perfect mix for this property if somewhat unconventional for the south of France. The attack is reminiscent of Châteauneuf du Pape with initial ripe black fruits followed by a fresher mid-section that ends in a floral, violet, peppery, finish.
