Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaI wasn't able to find the blend for the current bottling of the Bubble Boat, but ultimately it's more about the aperif style than anything else: light, fruity, and lightly floral, with candied lemon, honeyed pear, and white peach, lifted by acacia blossom. Dryish, with a frothy mousse, this is a solid alternative to many of the Proseccos you'll find at a similar price. Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis charmat sparkler is a blend of grapes picked at ripeness from local growers. Each component was vinified separately in stainless steel and left on light lees for 2 months before a spring blend. Then, it undergoes a second fermentation in a pressurized charmat tank to add some bubbles. The result is an easy sipping, slightly foamy, floral, tropical scented sparkler with hints of pink grapefruit, orange, and red berries. Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe grapes for this muller-thurgau-schönburger-kerner-pinot blanc blend are picked intermittently at ripeness off the Home Block Vineyard on the Oliver Gravelbar Bench. The varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel and left on their light lees for two months before they are blended the following spring. The juice then heads to charmat tank to undergo a second fermentation. The nose is oddly quiet, with light leesy, nectarine, lime rind notes.
