Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis charmat sparkler is a blend of grapes picked at ripeness from local growers. Each component was vinified separately in stainless steel and left on light lees for 2 months before a spring blend. Then, it undergoes a second fermentation in a pressurized charmat tank to add some bubbles. The result is an easy sipping, slightly foamy, floral, tropical scented sparkler with hints of pink grapefruit, orange, and red berries.
