Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA ripe and fragrant garden in a glass, this is intense musk, perfumed melon, lush peach and gingerale spice on a slicked, cold-cream lined, 14+ percent palate. For all its perfumed intensity, this mid-sweet wine holds its form well. After a 45-day ferment, this spent an additional four months in stainless on the lees. The style is fresher than some of its contemporaries but with a bit more resin.
