CS Substance Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
Washington, United StatesI can only assume America loves this candied, lifted cocoa style of cabernet sauvignon because we sure don’t. Better fruit ripeness here but with acidity poking through it is not a flavour I love. Couple that with some rustic, sticky tannins and you have a wine that is sweet, soft and disjointed.
