Benjamin Bridge Pétillant Naturel 2016
Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaThe first pét-nat (ancestral method) from Gaspereau Valley's Benjamin Bridge, this is a hand crafted small lot release from the hybrid Geisenheim grape (a cross between Riesling and Chancellor). Soft and pretty, with delicate pink florals, cristalline lemon pith, white peach, orange water and a gentle and precise bubble to a vibrating finish. The 12 g/l RS is easily balanced out with a TA of 8.2 g/L and pH 3.19. Effortlessly smashable; I wish i had a case for this summer and every summer. *Note - this is a pre-release label for sampling.Tasted: 03 October 2017Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:NS | $30.00 | 750ml | winery direct |
