Kanazawa Nomu 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is one big rich wine with the addition of orange muscat, naturally fermented but stopped early to bring some residual to the blend and balance off the acidity of the viognier and semillon. The viognier dominates, bringing richness while sémillon adds length and freshness and helps to dry the finish. Floral citrus, grapefruit and a dollop of yellow fruits come together to make the wine work. Serve chilled with your favourite sushi rolls.Tasted: 03 August 2017Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $25.00 | 750ml | winery direct or private wine stores |
