Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSunripened pear, peach and canteloupe in this Oliver pinot gris, now a highlight of their portfolio. The medium body is scented with roses, bedded with river rock and lined with fine lees. From their estate River Rock vineyard, this was fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit.
