Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileFrom coastal vineyards in Paradones, Colchagua comes a soft, round, juicy, pinot noir that pleases with gentle strawberry fruit. What it lacks in complexity it makes up for in pure fun. In fact, it’s a little less cool-climate and a little more mild. We served it with pork kebabs and it was perfect.
