Rioja Bordón Gran Reserva 2007

Rioja, SpainThe Bordon Gran Reserva ‘07 is a blend of tempranillo, mazuelo and graciano with 30 months of aging in medium toasted American oak barrels. You notice the acidity right off, along with a spicy, balsamic note. The palate is smooth and round with bits of cocoa and bright red raspberry fruit. The finish is long and fresh with more spice and smoke. Quite youthful a decade down the road. We suggest lamb or pork as a suitable dinner match.Tasted: 02 June 2017Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
