Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRipe, round, leesy and cloudy on the palate, with ripe yellow apple, almonds, toast and a sweet, caramelized sugar note to the gingerale finish. This is sourced from Cerqueira Vineyard on the Black Sage Gravel Bench, a prized site for its limestone laced soils.
