Road 13 Honest John's Rosé 2016
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDeep glowing crimson in hue, this is a potent and punchy blend of merlot, pinot noir, gamay, viognier, syrah and cabernet franc that spent 48 hours on the skins to produce this electric hue. Full-bodied and glycerol-lined (feeling the 14 percent alcohol and 9 g/l RS), this is packed with sweet strawberry jam, pear nectar, ripe peach and a riff of peach fuzz spicing. This is best well chilled and to partner with richer bites (involving pork or chicken) this summer.Tasted: 23 May 2017Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:BC | $18.00 | 750ml | BCLS |
