Coastal Region, South AfricaWhite grapefruit pith aromas are the entry to this mineral chenin blanc, grown on decomposed dolomite soils. Herbal lined lees, broken stones, mandarin, take up the palate, framed with a bamboo fine, salted structure. As this opens and warms, the salts and soils show more; this is a wine of place.
