Pure Mirabeau en Provence Rosé 2016
Côtes de Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceMuch like last year the colour is super pale Côtes de Provence. The fruit is a mix of grenache and syrah grown between 300 and 400 metres above sea level and night harvested. The style is delicate, bone dry and fresh with super tight acidity. The flavours are light strawberries and citrus with and undercurrent of electric acidity. Made for food you can serve this all summer with grilled vegetables, grilled fish and or cheese.
