Swartland, Coastal Region, South AfricaThe flagship wine in the Force Majeure range, this is single vineyard 32-year-old organic, dry farmed, granite soils, bush vine chenin blanc in the heart of the Swartland. Fermented in large oak vats, before a rest in 80/20- stainless/oak this is round and full on the palate, but with a lovely spring bright freshness to carry. Lemon verbena, pear blossom, quince and fine spice fills the silky, full palate to a spiced finish.
