Western Cape, South AfricaFlotsam & Jetsam is a project from Chris and Suzann Albeit that highlights the forgotten and underdog varieties of the Cape, like cinsault. This is from older vines, whole bunch fermented with short time in wood, and early to market for premium drinkability. Perfumed raspberry, black plum on this bright, authentic, dry-farmed cinsault.
