Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaBeauty thorny raspberry, florals, warm cherry and a fine sapidity lead this Pinot Noir. Whole bunch pressed, this was 70% foot crushed (purposefully leaving some grapes intact on the bottom), with gentle handling of the grapes (“no punch downs, just moving juice around a bit”).
