Vinho Verde, Northern Portugal, PortugalOrganically farmed avesso, chardonnay and other local grapes "for seasoning" make up this Vinho Verde branco, sourced from granitic, right river bank soils. Stony and pithy orchard fruit, white grapefruit, white cherry, thorny herbs, meadow flowers on a medium, lees-blanketed body and very spicy finish.
