Expansive on the palate, with heady pear blossoms, orange blossoms, white peach and fragrant white florals on the full bodied palate. Ample spicing closes out the finish. Very well integrated oak. This was fermented and aged in new and second year demi-muids (600L) for ten months with twice weekly battonage.
